I am 5’5 and around 145 pounds. Weight is not important to me anymore. What matters to me now is getting stronger, more flexible, running faster and longer and becoming fit. That is my new progress. Not my weight. Amen.

I should really start working out in the mornings cause I’m always so pumped up afterwards! I just ran for 30 minutes. Doesn’t sounds like much but I was going really hard and jamming out to some rockin music! Have to work hard to meet those goals!
